What do you like about the industry?
It seems to me that in recruitment no matter how experienced you are you learn something new every day which is great. I also love getting the chance to talk to people from all different walks of life.

Coming from a sales background I wanted to move into a more specialised business with a strong team and decent opportunities for progression.
What do you enjoy most about the Job?
I’m challenged most days which means I’m always growing as a professional recruiter. I also really like working in a busy office and I love the buzz you get from helping a client find the right worker or a candidate the right employer.
What do you enjoy most about life?
I enjoy endurance challenges such as mountaineering, boxing and rock-climbing but you’ll also be able to find me at The City Ground supporting Nottingham Forest.
